Agreement
By using Doia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. That is the whole arrangement — there is nothing to sign and no account to create.
What Doia is
Doia is a free collection of online calculators and utilities covering cryptocurrency, finance, media, and general productivity. The tools are provided for informational and educational purposes. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes at no cost. You do not need permission, attribution, or a licence.
Not financial advice
This matters, so we will be direct about it. Nothing on Doia is financial, investment, tax, legal, or religious advice. Our calculators perform arithmetic on the numbers you provide. They do not know your circumstances, your risk tolerance, your jurisdiction, or your goals. A liquidation calculator tells you where a position would be liquidated given your inputs — it does not tell you whether to take that trade. A tax calculator estimates a figure — it is not a tax return, and it does not account for the specifics of your country's rules. A Zakat calculator applies a widely accepted formula — it does not replace a qualified scholar. For decisions that matter, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Trading cryptocurrency and forex carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep the formulas correct and the live data current, but we make no guarantee that either is accurate, complete, or up to date. Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. Fee schedules and tax brackets change and our figures may lag behind. Always verify anything important against an authoritative source before acting on it. The site is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doia and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site — including trading losses, incorrect tax filings, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on a calculation you performed here. You use these tools at your own risk and remain responsible for your own decisions.
Acceptable use
Please do not: • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the site • Scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for others • Use automated systems to hammer our API endpoints • Represent Doia's output as professional advice from a licensed advisor • Use the site for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction We may block access if any of the above occurs.
Intellectual property
The Doia name, design, and code are ours. The results a calculator produces from your inputs are yours — use them however you like. You may not copy the site wholesale and republish it as your own. Linking to us, or using our tools in your own work, is welcome.
Advertising
Doia is funded by advertising, served primarily through Google AdSense. Ads are selected by Google, not by us, and their presence is not an endorsement of the advertiser. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using Doia afterwards, you accept the revised terms.
